Anonymity and Data Aggregation
We value the honesty and trust you give us through our platform and we do not want to misuse it! We therefore make sure to do whatever we can to keep your data safe.
The platform makes use of data aggregation to protect the identity and responses of the individual employees. In short, all individual survey responses are gathered and expressed in a summary format, providing the management with a statistical overview of the combined responses, and not the individual survey answers.
The management/admins will at no point have access to individual results, nor data where employees can be identified based on their department, age, length of employment, gender etc.
Our data aggregations additionally work with a minimum response count of 5. This means that minimum 5 employees or responses need to be gathered before the manager gets notice about new results. This is also the reason why all teams/division/projects need an employee count of minimum 5. Doing this, we prevent that employees can be identified based on their workplace demographics.
